Visible Monday (Kind of)

I am linking up with Patti of Not Dead Yet Style for Visible Monday and Glamamom for Monday Mingle. The outfit I have for you today is one I wore several days ago. I have not been feeling too great the past few daysd and will probably spend Monday in PJ's. I don't know if I caught some bug my husband has or if it is the allergies/bronchitis I seem to get a couple of times a year. Because I have asthma, anything that affects my lungs really packs a mean punch. Since my photographer is ill too, there have been no outfit photos for several days.
Jacket: Lane Bryant
Blouse: Old Navy
Tee: Coldwater Creek
Jeans: NYDJ
Shoes: Tom's burlap
The top is very sheer and requires a tank underneath.
It is very flowy and has tucked pleats in the front and tiny bits of red splashed throughout.
Necklace: Chico's
On Wednesday, I will be having a giveaway of a vintage Elizabeth Taylor for Avon Necklace. Please stop back by and enter. In the mean time, please visit Patti for Visible Monday and Glamamom for Monday Mingle.

  1. So sorry you're not feeling well! (And for the record, I don't think I ever actually wear my "Visible Monday" outfit on Monday!) Feel better soon. Maybe you can try on the red jeans and necklace again -- they might lift your spirits!

  9. Hey Debbi - I'm just getting over my bought with bronchitis - no fun! Hope you feel better SOON! I haven't taken the plunge yet into the colored pants pool even though I see them popping up all over the mags for Spring this year so I might have to give it a go. I love these red ones on you! I'm also digging that necklace..might have to pop over to Chico's now - see what you've done! Get lots of rest!

  10. Aww, Debbi, I hope you're feeling better soon. It sucks feeling sick! I love your outfit, I am obsessed with your Toms. They've got to be my favorite foot-shape for flat shoes, something about the snubbed-toe is really unique.

  14. Debbie--there must be something in the air in KS. Two days last week, I came home and took 3 hour naps. In spite of that I was dizzy and could not seem to regulate my body temperature. I hope you don't get what he's been fighting. I really like the top and the beautiful necklace.

  17. Debbie, sorry that you don't feel well. I guess that gives you time to visit plenty of blogs and chill. I have had awful congestion for the last 7 days and am trying to take it easy so that it won't affect my anesthesia next Tueday. Thank you for your well wishes. Your necklace and top are super pretty and you paired it so well with a neutral jacket...very chic. I read your comments on Shayla's blog...I commented back on hers, had me laughing. Dawn Suitcse vignettes. feel better!!

  23. I know that you're not feeling well, but I think this is one of my favorite pictures of you (the second one without the coat -- it makes me realize how few times I see you in just a top -- I love the polka dots and the red)! It's really good. And the red pants set off mr indian really well :-)
